Learning About Your Problem Your consultation with Dr. Bermant may be extensive and informative. We try to help you understand how plastic surgery may help you with brochures and pamphlets. So bring your reading glasses or a family member to assist if necessary. Our forms that you will need to complete help Dr. Bermant understand you problem. Please fill them out completely. If you have questions, our staff will help. A list of your current medications including dosages and frequency would be helpful. Please bring any X-rays (Radiographs) that may have been taken regarding your current condition. To Schedule Surgery Arrangements for elective surgery can be made at the time of your in office consultation. We make an effort to accommodate our patient's schedules and varied lifestyles. In An Emergency For emergency care or urgent problems, call (804) 748-7737. Our office staff or the answering service will answer your call. Dr. Bermant will respond to your call as soon as possible. When he is out of town, another surgeon will be available. In true emergency situations, go to the nearest hospital emergency room, or call 911. Ask them to contact Dr. Bermant.
