Nipple Inversion and Surgical Correction of Inverted Nipples in Men
Patient noticed his nipples were inverted at about the age of 12. The inversion worsened as his body grew.
20 year old male
6 foot 1 inch tall weighing 210 pounds
Nipple Inversion Classification: Grade 3
Location Surgery: Bermant Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center (Office Operating Room)
Anesthesia: Local
Method: Dynamic Technique for Gynecomastia including excision of gland, and fat sculpture.
Please start here to learn more about this patient and his inverted nipples. Gland tissue pulled the nipple to the muscle fascia. Excising the gland and sculpting the fat under the nipple freed this inverted nipple problem. These oblique photographs show the new nipple projection after surgery.
