Very little pressure was needed to demonstrate this problem. This is not a typical male nipple discharge. Nipple Discharge in Men should be investigated before considering male chest contouring surgery. The most likely cause of this fluid secretion is Mammary Duct Ectasia, not a common condition in men and is more frequently seen in women. The discharge can be black to dark green in color.
