Tumescent Tummy Tuck Pictures Before and After Surgery

28 year old female did not like her loose hanging abdominal skin after 3 pregnancies. She had 2 Cesarean sections resulting in a scar just above her pubis. Below that scar the sagging vulva tissues bothered her. Above the scar, tissues hung down.

Height 5' 8" Weight 185 pounds

Location Surgery: Hospital Operating Room

Anesthesia: General with Tumescent Technique

Stay: Up to 23 hour ambulatory surgery package.

• High Lateral Tension Technique

The red line in the before surgery pictures is an approximate location for the after surgery scar. This location is planned with the patient before surgery. The black line is the approximate area of resection.

Design of tummy tuck abdominal wall sculpture depends on many factors. This patient wanted her sagging vulva raised. With the high lateral tension tuck, tissues are pulled laterally returning to where they came from. Vulva tissues were lifted and thighs tightened as part of this sculpture.
