Breast ptosis correction (mastopexy) no breast implants.

26 year old female who was unhappy with her breast drooping but was happy with her breast size. She had one child and had a breast size increase from 32C to 42DD during pregnancy. She weighs 115 pounds, is 5 feet 1 inch tall and returned to her pre pregnancy breast size of 32C.

She requested:

• breast firmness without sagging
• higher nipples
• no breast implants

Location Surgery: Bermant Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center (Office Operating Room)

Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Heavy Sedation

4 days after breast lift mastopexy surgery done under sedation and local anesthetic. These photos show the limited bruising seen for this patient. Dilute local anesthesia was used as with tumescent liposuction surgery.

Mastopexy can be done under sedation or general anesthesia. Bruising can be minimal right after surgery. The blood located in deeper tissues drifts with gravity and can take several days to show. The bruise shown was at its peak for this patient. The paper tapes are SteriStrips used to align the skin.
