26 year old female who was unhappy with her breast drooping but was happy with her breast size. She had one child and had a breast size increase from 32C to 42DD during pregnancy. She weighs 115 pounds, is 5 feet 1 inch tall and returned to her pre pregnancy breast size of 32C.

Short scar techniques require tissue redistribution. Extra skin must be managed during closure that leaves wrinkles. These distortions take time to smooth. The degree of distortion depends on the technique used. By 3 weeks most wrinkles have resolved with this tissue redraping. Other short scar techniques may take months for the tissue to distribute and become even.
