Breast Reduction Mammaplasty with short Anchor Scar

37 year old female who was uncomfortable with her breast size. Discomfort was primarily with physical activity and made her work difficult. Sport brassieres did not help.

5 feet 9 inches tall and weighed 180 pounds and wore a 38D bra

Location surgery: Hospital operating room

Anesthesia: General

Technique: Central Pedicle Shortened Anchor Scar

Breast tissue removed:

  • 551 grams left breast
  • 449 grams right breast

Stay: Ambulatory surgery discharged day after surgery.

Drains: None.
