Dr. Bermant's Breast Reduction Mammaplasty Sculpture depends on many factors.

He takes the whole body into consideration when recommending your surgery. Breasts come in many different sizes and shapes. Macromastia (large breasts) have many factors:

  • Too much fat in breast
  • Too much gland
  • Too much skin
  • Various degrees of drooping or sagging
  • Asymmetry (sides not even)
  • Different lengths
  • Deferent widths
  • Different size areola

The skin may have normal tone or lost its elasticity. In addition the breast needs to be sculpted to the the body size.
