Any liposuction can cause bruising. Bruising was minimized by using the wet technique. This bruising seen here is typical what Dr. Bermant has seen when using a tumescent method. In breast reduction surgery, superwet or tumescent techniques can result in too much distortion of sculpted tissues. It is a balancing act between distortion and tissue sculpture. Notice the limited swelling after surgery with this tumescent technique.
