Pictures bilateral otoplasty ear surgery in a male patient
Otoplasty Sculpture: Both ears conchal bowl setback, Hatch technique, and lobule setback.
45 year old male
Location Surgery: Bermant Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center (Office Operating Room)
Anesthesia: Local with sedation
The major changes came from the conchal bowl setback. With this portion of the operation, the concha was recessed to reduce the offending element of the ear.

These oblique photographs show the balance of the ear in its new position. Each of the elements should be in a natural relationship to the rest of the ear. The top of the helix and the ear lobule needed to be adjusted to maintain this balance. Failure to address each element can result in imbalance.
