Thigh Liposuction Patient Pictures Before and After Surgery

49 year old female did not like the diet resistant fat on her thighs. The localized fat gave her a "saddlebag" deformity and she said she could not find clothing to hide the problem. About 825 cc of fat was removed from the left thigh and 875 cc of fat removed from the right thigh using the tumescent technique. The markings show the liposuction sculpture plans.

Pictures of plan before thigh liposuction for saddle bag deformity. This localized fat problem causes primarily a problem from the front and back. From the sides and oblique, there is not much of a deformity for this patient.

The pictures above demonstrate the saddle bag thigh deformity. Oblique views and pictures from the sides do not show the problem nor surgical solution for this patient.
