Enlarged Male Breast and Reduction of Gynecomastia in a Muscular Man
Patient had enlarged breasts since about the age of 15. He used loose shirts to hide his large breasts. Tissue over his big muscles resulted in a female contour.

6 feet tall weighing 190 pounds

These are very early results. The skin has already shrunk significantly. At 10 days after surgery, the areola diameter decreased from 41 to 36 and from 38 to 32 mm. Further shrinkage is typical.
