Gynecomastia Male Breast Reduction
This male was unhappy with his large breast and large areola giving a female like chest. He had not been able to reduce the problem with dieting nor exercise.

Method: Dynamic technique, excision mass, liposuction contouring, and deep tissue sculpture

Photos of the glandular tissue excised from the small areola incisions on each breast. Additional liposuction contoured the surrounding fat. More fat was removed from the left chest than the right.
