Gland Causing Male Puffy Areola and Gyno (Gynecomastia)
This 29 year old male did not like the way his nipples / areola puffed out. When cold or stimulated, the puffy areola / nipples flatten out. When warm or relaxed, the deformity was worse. He dealt with his deformity by constricting his nipples, wearing thicker clothing, extra layers of clothing, and avoiding chest exposure. He enjoys body building, but flexing his chest muscles made the nipple areola stick out.
The problem started about the age of 14. He had seen pediatricians who told him to "get off steroids" and it would improve. The problem was he never had taken steroids or body building substances. He went to a local Canadian plastic surgeon who told him noting should be done. However, the exam room was cold and the problem just did not show. The patient then went to another local plastic surgeon from Canada, but then decided to have his sculpture by Dr. Bermant in Virginia.
5 feet 10 inches tall weighing 170 pounds
