Gynecomastia Male Breast Reduction
This male was unhappy with his large breast and large areola giving a female like chest. He had not been able to reduce the problem with dieting nor exercise.

Glandular mass behind the nipple and areola can stretch and force protrusion. The larger areola and projection just do not look "male". This surgery only removed the underlying gland, fat and sculpted the deep tissues. Under less tension, the areola naturally became smaller without skin sculpture. The only incisions on this patient were at the lower skin areola junction and 2 cm (less than an inch) long. There was one incision on the left areola, and one on the right.
