Gynecomastia Male Breast Reduction
Patient unhappy with breasts that were too large. He enjoyed building his pectoral muscles but did not like the shape of the breasts. His gynecomastia started in adolescence and the mass did not change size but became more prominent with his muscle building. There was no use of steroids.

Beyond this male breast tissue was fat that made up the rest of the breast enlargement. Tumescent liposuction contoured the remaining tissue. |
