This male patient did not like his puffy nipples and enlarged areola / surrounding regions. He suffered from embarrassment and humiliation. On stimulation or when cold the chest slightly flatter, but not by much. He dealt with his problem by wearing extra layers of clothing and avoiding chest exposure.

Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Sedation
Method: Dynamic technique, excision mass, liposuction contouring, and fat flap sculpture
When breast has a small base and significant height, it looks like a tube or tubular breast deformity. The problem with tuberous breasts is that redundant skin can be a problem. This patient had good skin tone and the amount of extra skin did not need a donut mastopexy skin reduction.
