Unilateral (One side) Gynecomastia Gyno Surgery and Fat Flap Sculpting
This patient was unhappy with the unilateral (one sided) breast growth that started after the use of a drug. When he stopped, the breast stopped growing but did not shrink in size. When he started again, the breast grew further. One year after stopping there has been no further growth.
