Gynecomastia Breast Reduction in a Muscular Man
Patient did not like the shape of his chest despite work outs and bodybuilding. The region around the nipple and areola just did not have a "male" look. He used clothing to camouflage his breasts but wanted to look better without a shirt.
26 year old male
5 feet 9 inches tall weighing 200 pounds
Surgery location: Hospital Operating Room
Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Sedation
Method: Dynamic Technique including excision mass, liposuction contouring, and deep tissue sculpture
Body building can be very good for your health and appearance. Exercising does not decrease breast gland and you cannot pick where the fat comes off. When gland and fat are in front of the muscle, more muscles just means more projection of this tissue. Please start here for more details about this patient.
