The Short Scar Internal Male Mastopexy Breast Lift / Reduction
This man lost 40-50 pounds and then build up his muscle. He had been embarrassed by his breasts, the loose skin, stretch marks, and female like breasts. His nipples and areola were sagging 2.5 and 1.5 cm below the lower edge of his pectoral chest muscles. Breast ptosis (sagging breasts) distort the clean look of a male chest. Skin does not always shrink after weight loss. Building up muscles is an option, but bodybuilding would have to be massive to make up for this much loose sagging skin and tissue.
