Gland Causing Male Puffy Nipples and Gyno (Gynecomastia)
This 29 year old male patient weighed 310 pounds and has been stable at this weight for many years. He was embarrassed by his breasts, in particular the nipple areola region. His breast growth was as a teenager and the "puffy nipples" have been same size since then. The right breast has been bigger but somewhat flattens when his nipples are cold or stimulated. Method: Dynamic technique, excision mass, liposuction contouring, deep tissue sculpture, and excision small ellipse of skin at incision site.

| For this patient, most of the puffy nipple problem was from the chest wall fat and not from these small glandular masses. Each mass was very firm and contained minimal fat. |
