40 year old African American male was embarrassed by the feminine look of his breasts. Since childhood he avoided swimming, certain clothing, and activities that revealed his female like breast contour. He compensated with thicker clothing, extra layers of clothing, avoiding chest exposure, and isolation. He wanted to have a more flat masculine looking pectoral chest. lift his sagging chest ( breast ptosis) and lift his nipples up to a more male position. Very early pictures only 11 days after internal male mastopexy breast lift. Loose skin has already tightened substantially, but continued to tighten after these early photos.
His drooping breast tissues resulted in his areola / nipples located below his pectoral muscles, but not quite at the lowest part of the breast (Second Degree Breast Ptosis). Reduction without lift could have looked very strange.
