20 year old Hispanic male did not like his low nipples, loose skin, and drooping chest after losing 60 pounds. He lost weight from 250 pounds to 190 pounds through dieting and exercise and felt much better at that lower weight. He did not like his areola size and hanging breast tissue. His gynecomastia had started when he was10 years old. He dealt with his problem by losing weight, wearing thicker clothing, extra layers, and avoiding chest exposure.
