Rhinoplasty in a Man with a Wide Nose and Prior Nasal Fracture
42 year old male who did not like the way his nose dominated his face.
He complained about his wide nose and that it was too big. The nostril
and nasal tip width bothered him the most. There also was a bone deformity
after nasal fracture 20 years earlier.

Alar width reduction along the floor of the nose narrows the total width
of the nostrils and lower nose. Note the increased height of the nasal
tip. Balanced nasal reduction required each element to be reduced.
