Subtle Tip of the Nose and Small Nasal Hump Rhinoplasty Surgery

19 year old female who said she did not like the "chubbiness" of her nasal tip and the protrusions along the bridge (dorsum) of her nose. The tip did have a slight boxy appearance to it and there were some distortions of the nasal bones that produced bumps along the upper sides.
