Male Rhinoplasty Surgery Pictures

37 year old male did not like the excessive projection of his nose from his cheeks. The curved hump along the dorsum had two side bumps. He also did not like the way the nasal tip drooped and seemed too long for his face. There was no difficulty breathing through the nose.

Open rhinoplasty
Nasal dorsal and lateral hump reduction
External osteotomies (bone sculpture)
Shortening nose
Sculpture of lower nasal cartilage and tip
Rotation of nasal tip

		This male patient's dorsal nasal hump deformity was of bone and cartilage. Dr. Bermant reduced both components to create this new profile. The drooping nasal tip was rotated into a more natural position.

		When exploring pictures about rhinoplasty, you need to examine multiple views. Each patient's face is asymmetrical. The left and right are different. In this male patient, the left cheek is further back than the right cheek. The pictures that shows this best is the view from below.
