Photos of Big Nipples and Gland Excised During Gynecomastia Surgery For Puffy Nipple Reduction
18 year old male did not like the way his big nipples would stick out too far. He did not like taking his shirt off in front of people, avoided chest exposure, and used elastic compression to hide his contour. His big nipple growth started at about the age of 8 or 9 and has been stable in size since then. He tried getting rid of the puffy nipples with bodybuilding, but found that exercising only made the nipples stick out further.

Location Surgery: Bermant Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center (Office Operating Room)
Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Sedation
Method: Dynamic technique, male nipple reduction with excision attached gland mass, and deep tissue sculpture.
Puffy nipples, puffed nipples, and puffy nips, although a common patient description of this deformity, are not a good way to describe the many variations of this contour deformity. The nipple is the central projection in the areola. This patient's problem included the nipple itself and a section of attached gland that distorted the central areola in to a cone like shape. The deformity did not extend beyond the central areola.
