Puffy Pointed Nipple Gynecomastia - Professional Football Athlete
This 25 year old Professional Football Athlete did not like his puffed pointed nipples from gynecomastia. His big pointy nipples and pointed chest made him very self conscious and resulted in decreased confidence when his chest was exposed. As an athlete, he became uncomfortable being the only one with his shirt on when others would play sports in the heat with their chest exposed.
