Surgery Does Not Prevent Further Breast Growth
Patient claimed he had stable breast size before surgery. Although his weight did not change after surgery, he claimed he had lost muscle mass and gained fat with not exercising.
33 year old male
5 feet 8 inches tall weighing 195 pounds
Location Surgery: Bermant Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center (Office Operating Room)
Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Sedation
Method: Dynamic Technique including excision mass, liposuction contouring, and deep tissue sculpture.

About 475 cc of fat was removed from both breasts combined. In addition large gland masses were excised as seen in the photographs. All firm tissue was removed and on internal finger inspection, only soft fat remained.
All before and after pictures were taken in the same room, same digital camera, same calibration, same lighting, same position under the lighting, and same background. The operating room picture was taken during surgery.

Look at these close up pictures after surgery. There was typical decrease in size of the areola on both sides after surgery. When significant breast is removed, areola size often decreases. After surgery the left areola size increased with the breast size growth. Areola size was documented with the same room temperature.
