Revision of New York Gynecomastia Surgery
This 20 year old male, did not like that his nipples "look worse" and "stick out" after gynecomastia surgery done in New York a year before. He went back after surgery and was unhappy after that surgeon explained "that is just how it is." He was cautioned that more "aggressive surgery" could result in "concavity of the nipples." The patient wanted flat nipples that did not stick out. The problem was worse with activity such as lifting weights.
